things to know before contacting us:

  • Confirm you have legal authority to sell the items in the estate

  • Plan for minimum 2-3 weeks of setup time, depending on the size and condition of the estate

  • Don't throw anything away—let us determine what's trash or treasure

  • Remove personal items (legal documents, family photos, records, etc.) before we begin

  • Mark or remove anything you're keeping before we sign the contract

  • We work on commission based on a percentage of gross sales—no out-of-pocket expenses for you

  • We sell everything: vehicles, farm equipment, household items, outdoor goods, and more

  • You'll receive your check and sales paperwork within two weeks of the sale
